A Look at the Administrative Principals and Policies of Hazrat Ali (A.S)
Abstract
Hazrat Ali paid special attention to government affairs notwithstanding the wars fought in his caliphate. Among the issues that are important for running the government is administrative affairs. If this matter is taken into account and government affairs are run, a better society can be established. Hazrat Ali also paid special attention to administrative matters so that the problems of law and order could be brought under control. In administrative matters, truth and honesty, observance of law, appointment and scrutinٍy of governors, supremacy of truth, justice, discipline and the concept of encouragement. In this article, we have described the administrative policies of Hazrat Ali with references of Nehjul Balagha and other Islamic books.
