ATTENTION TO ECONOMIC TRAINING IN QURAN & SUNNAH

Abstract

The living nations of the world are looking for the guarantee of their development and prosperity to maintain their identity and existence. They see this guarantee in their economic development and education. The world knows that unless there is economic training of the new generation, the wheel of development cannot move. This is the reason why developed countries are investing in the economic education and training of future generations to shape their economic future. They are striving to provide educational materials that can make today's students the economic pillars of tomorrow.

Unfortunately, no such comprehensive planning and economic training is seen in the Muslim world. In fact, the root cause of many of our problems is lack of economic training. Although Islam is a complete code of life and it has provided sufficient material of our economic training. But we are not looking to be guided by this book of guidance. If we take correct support of Islamic teachings for our intellectual and practical guidance, we will find welfare in this world and in the hereafter: " فی الدنیا حسنہ و فی الآخرۃ حسنہ ". 

In this paper, the arrangments of economic training of a Muslim in the Qur'an and Sunnah has been examined. According to the writer, Islam emphasizes economic development and prosperity. Islam has given excellent teachings on the importance of economy, the importance of economic autonomy, models of economic prosperity and the logic of economic choice. In the article under review, these topics have been examined in detail in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
